Richard Valitutto on playing Messiaen + Oiseaux Exotiques

On Saturday January 14th, 2012 we played a show called Ornithology at The Armory Center for the Arts in Pasadena. The central work on the performance was Messiaen’s Oiseaux Exotiques. Here Richard talks about his experience with Messiaen and wild Up. While Richard gave the interview, a few neighborhood chickens turned up.
