wild Up teaches prepared piano for kids

Chris Kallmyer and Melinda Rice thought up and taught this class at Venice Arts in March 2012.

First we hauled this unbelievably heavy 100 year old piano home, then Chris Kallmyer sawed it apart. These kids learned about composition by preparing this Deconstructed Piano, making a graphical score and performing it.
